The Sacral chakra is located below the navel. It is associated with the element of water and the color orange. Sacral chakra relates to our sense of self. When balanced, we experience creativity, sexuality, playfulness, joy, abundance and a connection to desire. Through a strong sense of desire we are able togo with the ebb and flow of life and pursue our passions and purpose.
