The Root Chakra is located at the bottom of the tailbone and is associated with the earth element, our physical bodies interacting with nature and the color red. It corresponds with our basic survival needs such as food, water, shelter, air and etc. When the Root chakra is balanced we feel secure, safe, grounded and supported.
